We use a customizable approach based on different business sectors so it is imperative that you submit any required or requested information at least 5 days prior to your coaching session.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with your coaching due to inability to meet or inconsistency with coaching sessions, please reach out to your coach in a timely manner. Coaching requires action on your end for results, so please make sure you have followed the suggested coaching action steps, completed your identified deliverables, and followed through.

How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment. We will utilize the zoom platform for the coaching sessions which can also be recorded for future reference.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
